Best Bars were the first company in New Zealand to design and manufacture an air bag compatable front bullbar. This incorperates a patented crush can device which ensures that bullbars do not cause a vehicles airbags to trigger prematurely.

We carry bullbars to to suit most automotive makes and models in both steel and alloy finish. All bullbars provide that added protection to vehicles in a working environment as well as style for those looking to dress up their vehicle.

To ensure that each model of bullbar is performing as required meticulous care is taken in selecting the right mounting points. As with the towbar range, each and every bullbar model has been 'on the vehicle tested'.

All Best Bars steel bullbars use a six tank pretreat process that thoroughly cleans using hot caustic and sulphuric acid, followed by zinc phosphating and chromating to provide an excellent base for the final coat. Bars are then either finished in a black dip or powder finish.

Steel Front Bullbar

Best Bars steel front bullbars are made from 60mm steel tube and come in both Airbag and Non Airbag compatable models. They provide maximum protection to front panels and lamps (on models with head lamp tubes), and come finished with stylish plastic finned end caps.

Alloy Front Bullbar

Best Bars alloy front bullbars are made from 60mm high polished alloy tube, with a finish that gives a similar effect to chrome. They come in both Airbag and Non Airbag compatable models and they provide maximum protection to front panels and lamps (on models with head lamp tubes).

Steel Rear Bullbar

Best Bars steel rear bullbars often include a towbar as standard. The combination has been certified to the international standard SAE J684 & NZS 5467.
