Best Bars Ltd is a manufacturer and/or distributor of trailing, carrying and Vehicle Protection Equipment for the Australasian Automotive Industry. It is a principal objective of this Company to achieve market leadership by producing products and a level of service which consistently meet agreed needs and expectations of customers at competitive prices.

The products it produce will:

• Conform to New Zealand and International Standards in manufacture
• Be safe and reliable in service
Implementation Of This Policy Requires
• Management’s commitment to the prime importance of quality and to the main¬tenance of approved standards of products and services.
• Staff training to carry out the quality responsibilities competently and to motivate them towards the same high level of commitment.
• A documented, fully integrated quality system complying with ISO 9001, governing all aspects of the business.
• Adherence to the principle that the control of quality and its verification is primarily the responsibility of the person or organisation performing the work. This does not preclude further independent verifications or inspections from being carried out on an audit basis.
• Instilling a pride of workmanship in all employees to ensure that no defective product be knowingly supplied to the customer. Addition of the company mission statement “Right first time, every time, on time”.
• Assurance that all suppliers and subcontractors can meet stipulated quality re¬quirements and continual monitoring of their performance.
• Involvement of all employees in a process of continual improvement of all products, services, processes and procedures.
