Returns Policy
Thank you for making the decision to purchase from Best Bars Ltd. We make every endeavor to supply exactly what you require. If for some reason you do however need to return a product to Best bars please follow the below steps to ensure a smooth return of goods. Please note that some goods are marked as one off or non returnable. These models are marked with an * in our catalogue. We will naturally accept these type of goods when Best Bars is the party at fault.
The Procedure
Step 1.
Request an RGA number. Prior to sending a product back to Best Bars Ltd for any reason, you must first obtain a 'returns goods authority' (RGA). There are several ways of doing this; you can either
• Call our sales team on 09 2690582 (opt 1)
• Email us at returns@bestbars.co.nz requesting an RGA number
• Print off This Form and fax it back to 09 269 0569
Step 2.
Once we have your request for return we will process it and give you a personal RGA number to be quoted in all matters pertaining to your return. Return correspondence will be by the same method by which you contacted us.
Step 3.
Return the goods to Best Bars. Please ensure a copy of the invoice is attached to the goods and that the RGN number is written clearly on the product or the returning invoice. The goods must be carefully wrapped to prevent any freight damage. If the goods are damaged when you receive them you must notify us IMMEDIATELY so we can lodge a claim against the carrying company. Failure to do this could result in us declining a credit.
Step 4.
Once the goods are received back we will evaluate the problem and notify you of further action if required.
