Certified Engineering and Manufacturing Standards

Our engineering team designs each towbar and drawbeam to exact vehicle specifications, using:

• 3D scanning of the vehicle
• NZTA approved design process, manufacturing, installation and certification processes.
• CAD modelling and FEA analysis
• First principles calculations

All components are fabricated by certified welders and coated with OE grade powder coating, tested to withstand over 1000 hours in salt spray conditions. Our products are manufactured using our IATF16949 certified quality system, as well as surpassing the strict requirements set down by the NZTA, the New Zealand vehicle inspection requirements manuals (VIRM), New Zealand’s heavy vehicle standards, and global automotive standards.
